What are the minimum system requirements for Desktop Bubble Wrap?

A computer running Windows XP or Vista, Visual Basic 6 runtime files (found on most systems already) and Adobe Flash Player (also found on most systems already).

How is my payment processed?

Desktop Bubble Wrap uses a trusted external site to handle all payment processing. PayPal is an internationally recognized online payment system. They have spend loads of time, money and effort insuring that every transaction is the safest and securest possible on the internet. The Desktop Bubble Wrap team doesn't have any access to any of your financial details, PayPal handles all of this for us.

I have found a bug or error. How can I report this and get it fixed/looked at?

Use the contact form and notify our team of the issue. Please provide enough information so that we can try and resolve the problem. Eg. Operation System Version, computer specifications, etc.

Why do you donate money away?

It appears that a lot of the world is in a bit of trouble. There are lots of social justice issues happening every day around the world and we are trying to do our bit. Our little bit and the little bit of others combined can make a large difference and we believe that.
